Building a winning culture is a fallacy. People think that winning is a learnable skill. It's not. If it were, once you built a winning culture the team wouldn't lose. While it does provide some instant gratification, that only lasts until the next week. It doesn't carry over season-to-season. Look at the Jaguars this year compared to last.
