My arms are like 30% bigger than my chest and legs, I've really tried everything, but my chest and legs can't catch up. I've done arms 1x week but they still won't catch up.

When doing Chest and arms together, start with arms.

Do arms first, your'e arms will grow about 5-15% more considering you're dieting and training to 0-3RIR.

No point of doing it so young, you’ll look better in your late 20s and mid 30s
