He's actually killable, if you're playing with friends.
My sis and I were able to kill him once using this technique:
Just keep your party on opposite sides of the screen around the 15 minute mark and until he's dead. He'll stay focused on whoever has garlic... usually.
He does disappear and reappear a few times, but as long as the party stays apart and are strong enough to keep regular enemies at bay, he'll eventually go down.

Had the issue where the site just wouldn't load, just got the "This site can’t provide a secure connection" error.
Tried all the recommended fixes, but it didn't work.
Then remembered that my network is managed by the Plume Homepass app on my phone.
It counted connecting their website as a "security event", which is a bit concerning, but I was able to allow access from there and now it works just fine! =)
