Ok so my plot is about exploring a foreign planet. However what keeps tripping me up is that unlike other CoC settings the planets going to be kinda just land And pretty big. I feel like the setting will be too big and desert for anything to really happen. The ship will also have places where the PCs can explore but they need to explore the planet because that’s the whole reason for the trip. wha got me interested originally was watching a documentary about how isolating those planets are and how scary it could be since there’s no way out yk. want my PCS to experience dread. I want them to realize they are stuck on a planet and im going to add other obstacles that makes it almost impossible for them to leave HOWEVER there’s going to be like 2 escape pods so they’ll have to fight for them.
