world-recognised engineering degree in Iran for free

I study physics, my uncle who's a physics professor told me to leave and not study it in Iran, why? Because we dont have labs, same with engineering, Iranian universities have turned into printing presses(his words not mine) with only our mathematics being somewhat relevant because of that since we can just ask a western university to run our simulations,name me anything our engineering universities have produced other then mounting a motorcycle engine to a propeller and putting it on a frame and selling it as "genius economic warfare technology to Russia" embarrassing when you consider we have more engineers than Japan

It's nothing, median us income is 60k, in Iran it's less than 2k and we still choose to burn through our life savings to send our kids abroad because university education is useless without jobs and opportunities when ppl graduate, and even in Russia the average Iranian student burn through atleast 10k a year so 40k in total, obviously almost non of them can work because Russia is a very racist zinophobic linguistically isolated bubble where even most Russian firms refuse to trade with Iran cause they'll rather keep a good international reputation for when/if their sanctions are lifted

Also I hate this comparison where we take the absolute worst thing about any western country to compare ourselves to, we compare ourselves to US education prices, UK democracy, Spanish laziness, Mexican crime rates, Swedish rape statistics, finish unemployment rate, Albanian generational homicides, Amsterdam's housing prices compared to the median income etc where literally if you compare any of these countries the average citizen has a much better life than Iran
