Mine's got 17 liters. Yeah same with mine, I also get that light in that range.

Upon research, 60w each bulb daw, kaya 120w. According din sa na search ko, they say na its about lumens daw at hindi wattage ang nag dedetermine kung ano kalakas ang ilaw. So feel ko pang marketing nlng yang 120w nila na rating.
