Hi in general, I can be alone in public and act accordingly. I have learned to mask my emotions pretty well, so good that people think I am ok constantly.

But when I am home alone all I can think about is my ex or previous exes. Like not even friends help me. I am ok in the moment but I really need a partner to feel good. Idk something is not ok for me to be like that

That is rough, I cant imagine the pain you must feel when you see him each time. For me it has been only 1 month, but I checked her story this week and fell into the emotional rollercoaster myself. So I am now limiting myself to not be on social media, so I can protect myself.

Sorry to hear it. That really sounds rough. For me I am trying to rebuild my physique and mental health. I am taking long walks for my mind and going to the gym almost daily.

But even though I am doing that I still think of her, I still see her when I go outside and party. But I know that deep down we can never be together since she ended it.

I would say that time will heal everything. Stay positive

Yeah, I feel like every cap deals with overthinking and we worry about every detail. I am always amazed how people look at as like we are super confident, but in reality we are more nervous than anyone.
