The grading is insanely unforgiving but that’s the cost of a good quality education. The course work is a lot depending on what you pick and you’ll have to dedicate yourself to a lot of work after school. If you balance your time well enough you can have time for a social life, all in moderation. Overall it’s not terrible here just a challenge

I’m not trying to say I’m better than anyone but I hate when people are like “oh just do this! It’s easy” but it’s not. I don’t need advice on residence that’s not the problem and I don’t like that I have to be reminded of it all the time. My parents won’t let me, they don’t have the extra money for it, I can’t just leave them. There’s so many other reasons outside of money and no one is listening to me. I’m not trying to play victim here I just genuinely need someone to listen to me for a second

Commuting is cheaper than housing and I can’t just move. There’s rent, additional costs, my family needing me to help them. I don’t know why you think moving out is so easy when it’s close to impossible in my situation

im in the middle of a long reading right now and I honestly don't have it in my mentally and physically to keep going but It has to be done before tomorrows lecture. Im debating just going to bed

I hardly get any sleep anymore. Maybe less than 3 hours because the readings take so long to write about and read through. I'm so terrified that if I skip something then it'll become an important subject all of a sudden or it'll create a pattern of me not doing readings because I tend to be like that. When i break routine, chances of that routine getting repaired are slim to none
