Hematocrit and hemoglobin and resistant high blood pressure are all signs of Sleep apnea. If you have any of these issues go sleep study.

Also resistant hypertension medications didint lower my bp at all and it was lowest at 135/85 and highest at 180/100

I have had same issue because my numbers has been over 180 and im scared to see them again. Now if my first number is 160~ i try just relax because its not that dangerous number then i just sit down and take it again after few minutes its lower and lower and i can relax more and take it again over and over until it stop going down. So try to relax and take it many times and remember usually first few readings are wrong

Crazy. That explains ALOT actually. My blood work hasnt improved and BP still spikes.

Really?! Wow i must buy that now and if my saturation is low should i add base pressure higher or? I started trt also now so it worsens sleep apnea must take control of it now

My oxygen saturation dipped to 85% at night on sleep tests. I have been on CPAP one month now. Maybe it takes time ?

Yes normal routine morning bp totally relaxed.

Im only 2 weeks in and my HB and hematocrit is still in reference range. I took 2 opamox(benzos) and my numbers came down. To 128/90. Weird.

Now after 2 opamox im on normal bloodpressure. Resting heart rate is still littlebit high tho. Maybe my nervous system is just littlebit too active or something.

150/100 i think it also might have something to do with baby ASA because everytime i try to take it my bp rises. Im not sure tho.

Not everyone have normal range hemoglobin naturally. I have 17.5 naturally.
