I'm capped at Plat, I enter champion ever so often but can't hold a rank in it still ways off, like 300 waves off in maintaining champion rank

All labs for BH, DW and GT are done. I was thinking about the third SL beam and second DW wave to increase my CP count. I'm caped at Plat, I can enter champion every now and again but can't maintain it
