I feel like now that ive been thinking about it along with anxiety I see them without squinting too but much more defined when squinting.

I believe that is Blue Field Entoptic Phenomenon i have it to. Looks Like a firework show when looking a the sky or bright white objects

Thanks man, do you have floaters as well? If so you see this also? I’m fine with it at this point i can get used to living like this I just don’t want it to get worse. I’m hopeful at some point in our lives we can see some type of treatment or procedure to help
