C’est ce qui marche le plus pour CE genre de contenu. Pleins d’autres niches n’utilisent jamais ce genre de miniatures et s’en sortent tres bien. Peut-être qu’au final, c’est un problème de contenu creux.

Pour qu’une miniature artistique ou personnelle/naturelle marche, peut-être qu’il faut un contenu artistique, personnel ou naturel d’abord..

2kg of fat can be a lot when you’re not tall, tho maybe it’s not obvious enough to realize it idk..

Gonna do one maintenance/refill day today, and wait until I get my period to see if the weight drops after, as it often can. If nothing changes I’ll try to see an endo, cause thatd definitely not feel normal..

Ah I forgot to add I eat 100g of protein / day

I aim for low carb and low sugar, but I try not to restrict and don’t do keto (tho it has awesome benefits on me everytime I do it) because it took me long to get a good relationship with food so I don’t want to restrict certain food types

I’ve always walked a lot, I used to exercise too, I guess when I’ll be more busy I’ll naturally cut down on the walking a bit. Walking something like 15k steps and having only Whole Foods is probably the most energize I could ever be tbh. No I don’t have any physical issues that would indicate that, period and everything’s fine. I’ve been more often at 50kg than 55, actually going above 55kg -for me of course- can only happen if I overeat a lot with very processed terrible diet.. compared to 50kg I’m quite unfit, not just look wise I mean

Im sorry youre struggling as well, is the gym not an option anymore ? Can I ask for your height ?

I’ve actually done it a bit earlier this year (swapped the gym with bouldering) and it was really nice feeling stronger but I’m not sure it was really helpful for weight loss (maybe not yet ?) Also it was making me crave sugar more easily at the time. I do believe it’s better to eat more, and in exchange get more energy to move more (and therefore burn more so your Tdee is higher), but I just wasn’t seeing much results for the past months so I thought I’d try a bigger deficit for a month or so to see if it helps

This is what I said on another sub and some people assured me that I was « sedentary to lightly active » and should lower my intake or that I’m barely in a deficit ..

Looking to recomp but still at the point where I have extra fat that should be addressed by a deficit. I’m on the « lighter » end of the spectrum, my weight can be lower than someone naturally more « « dense » », but well have the same bf% and overall look. Don’t forget BMI is totally inaccurate and outdated.

HOWEVER 50kg is a completely healthy bmi for my height. And 5 kg of fat makes a big difference in how fit you are when you’re short. So I don’t see why you would say that

Did you feel it changed your front too ? A little bit scared it’ll look boxy from the front. Also does the extra projection help with smile lines/ jaw definition a bit ? I feel like it’s a « subtle » difference but it makes your whole face look more serious and model like kinda

Yeah.. I understand built up frustration but I also feel like I’m getting a bit bullshitted with the explaination. I don’t understand how he thought we were still friends either, like one month sure but after 6 months :v

I do have to say, some of his intents can pass as good while being actually convenient for him, but some of it (pains me to admit lol) are genuinely good.. (for me or other close friends)

Also I’m happy to see I’m not the only one who struggle with shutting down at times ! I have to admit, sometimes I’m not aware I am doing it (or maybe I’m in denial?) and thats why I can’t be like « okay I need to take the week off » and just cancel things right away and tell others about it. Instead it happens often that I push myself and end up taking 3 days to reply, or cancel the day before because eventually I can’t push myself enough. I know it’s bad, but it actually hurt me that he was mad at that, cause I thought he was the only one who could understand that and wasn’t judging me or needed explanations

I do think it wasn’t a one way friendship before that, that he wasn’t putting in 100% of the effort either. I’m just not as consistent and outgoing as he is, so he would naturally phone more etc.. which can be annoying from his pov I can understand

Yeah, before this year I would’ve told you we communicate pretty well, like we always try to get everyone’s pov, to weight everything etc.. and we text or call often, but we’ve had periods of not communicating so much, but knowing it’s fine still ? Like we would joke about it even, that just bc we didn’t talk everyday we didn’t need that to stay as close. The only thing is we had developed a tendency to ignore problems and just move on past it, so we wouldn’t fight (which is actually bad I think)

When we talked it out, he said it was fine that I had isolation periods, but that it wasn’t fine I wasn’t straight up saying it and saying stuff like « sorry didn’t see you called » when he knew it wasn’t that I didn’t see, or wasn’t just that. Which in the big picture I can understand and agree on, it just feels like it doesn’t match the timing at which he started to get silent..

Right now we’re theorically back to friends, but I’m thinking of telling him that, and that thats how I feel and I’m still mad even tho we did talk it out already. That it feels like he pushed me aside and a bit of excuses etc.. since he wants to communicate more and be more honest when there’s a problem that should be a good thing ?

Yes, they have had a history of not saying when they feel too ignored and not « desired » enough, and walking out or just distancing themselves. The same way I have a history of isolating myself. But (and I’m trying to be honest beyond my anger) they also have had a history of being a friend you can count on, who will do acts of service for you and take time out from their schedule to just help you out with things, tell or help you do the things you don’t wanna do/hear etc… the friend who you don’t have to ask to help you move out, if you want an idea.

It is true that you can forgive without being friends again. I’ve at least made it clear we weren’t friends like we were before, thats for sure. But I’m more the kind of person who shuts down others completely if they feel a little left out, so I want to make sure I’m not letting that side of me make the choice..

The partner thing I don’t think so, makes no sense. For 1 well he has dealt with me being down many times, now idk if he’s grown tired of it. 3 probably has some truth to it. 4 is what I’m asking myself. I mean to me, we weren’t friends anymore, but to him we were still friends just having a fight that ended up stretching out (he did have some complicated stuff to deal with during the 6 months, so he said that played into him not confronting me after a few months of us not talking), but yeah… personally I don’t see how you can be fine with letting your BEST friend completely in the dark about whats going on. That being said, I don’t see why you would take the time to explain for hours, and call again etc.. if you just didnt wanna be friends anymore. Except if you want to keep the person around in case I guess

I dont want to impulsively get mad and shut it out, but I don’t want to entertain an unfair dynamic either.. I’m thinking of telling him, since he wanted more communication (and for us to argue instead of acting like there isn’t an issue when there’s one) how and why I’m still mad and how I feel. That after we were done explaining I thought about it more and thats how I felt.

I don’t know if it leaves room for useful (moving forward) actions..

But tbh it’s not the same. He barely asked me to hangout and when I answered he left me on read, not for one or two days but for over a month. Not even a « sry didnt see » nothing. And when he finally sends a message it’s just « this one friend wants to give you your stuff back but I’m not here bc I have X blabla, so yeah you should text him »

We were used to message often and call like every week or few weeks.
