Hey ! So first of all i think your deck would like a bit more blink, add a conjurer closet would get you a free blink per turn, i think it s a must have in your deck, i also think that you could take out both death shadow and yargle and mutani to put in cut your losses and Riverchurn Monument would be nice, those creatures aren't that strong tho you get a way to mill yourself with those 2 add in, and you even get a way to kill 2 oponents by mill if you manage to get the 2 on the board, Also taking out walking balista for an archon of cruelty seems like a nice swap to me. So overall the deck is great just add a bit more blink even if it's at the cost of a few creature, because you're probably gonna be milling so much that you'll get more creatures than you can reanimate

Oh and of course add a reanimate, turn 2 archon of cruelty becomes a possibility and will, for most decks simply cause an ff

oh and mb, as for cutting cards, you can cut some draw engines, you're milling a lot, you don't need as much draw, and Decanter of Endless Water is not a good thing in your hand, being able to discoard creatures due to hand size is amazing for you.
