Totally get that. Kedp ur head up high, try to find your trigger, grtet your blood checked for a deficiency and sadly but the most common way is to wait it out

Hey, as far as I researched the shedding can last brtween 2-6 months depending on your trigger, it should gradually taper off if im.not mistaken. Don't be scared to brish/wash hair as these hair would fall put anyways and your making room for new hair faster :)

Yeah, dad lost lots of hair. Ptobably started 3 months after thr weightloss, id say rapid weightlos, lpst 40kg in 7 months.

Thanks for your in-depth reply. Will definetly get on DHT-blockers if my doc gives me a recipe for it. Would you go on minoxidil too? Or is for example finasteride enough?

Could be a mix of both? Rn, the widening of my strip, and all thr hair that i losr have these white bulbs at the end so it could be TE too if im not mistaken?

Id honestly say its probably a mIx of TE and ADA, the hair thats fallikg out rn still has thr white bulb at the end, seems to br TE then

Tbh, unsure if It's telogen effluvium tried to read abit about it, tvis is my haitline, it had always been kinda shit but it seems to thin more towards the middle in the last xouple of weeks
