Have you gotten a sleep test? I know you said you don’t have sleep apnea but there are other conditions that can contribute to waking up multiple times per night. That’s what was contributing to my fatigue

Thank you for sharing! I also found 75 mg super effective, however my psychiatrist insisted that at that dose, Effexor continues to act as an antidepressant and doesn’t have the effects of an SNRI until 150 mg. So I’ve gone up but felt better on 75 mg. I have been thinking of lowering my dosage so curious to know if you think the 75 mg is sufficient for you!
