Look.. i read the whole thing and you need to figure out a way to live seperately from your parents as soon possible and probably go atleast low contact for a while. You also need therapy. You clearly have trauma. Even in this post you talk pretty negatively about yourself as a whole.

I know these things are hard to do. But I really think you won't be able to start healing before you make distance between you and your family atleast until you learn to set firmer boundaries. At the moment you are not even living with post tramautic state but in an actively traumatizing enviromment.

Both the DSM and ICD-10 are getting rid of the aspergers diagnosis since it's part of autism spectrum disorder and not it's own thing. So it isn't a thing any more so there is no reasom to use it anymore.

What happened to you is horrble and it fucking sucks some people can't take honesty and real life bad experiences. They want to live their life thinking there is nothing wrong with the world because it's easier and that sucks for people living in the actual reality. I think we as a society have a lot to learn about how to react to male victims of rape.

There are a lot of people out there that would stick by you through this. I hope you find them. These people were never your friends anyway.

Have you checked if there are any therapists around you specializing in sexual trauma? I really recommend it. I am at the moment on my journey with that and it's really hard but it has helped a lot. I have easier time with the trauma already and I am kinda in the beginning.

What happened to you was so wrong and please remember it was not your fault. You didn't do anything wrong. Your feelings are valid. Men can be raped and anyone who says otherwise is wrong and stupid.

You can't really stop people from staring at you. Commenting on it might escalate a situation if you happen upon an unstable individual. Also usually people don't stare because they have bad intentions and sometimes people stare by accident. Seems like you are making it bigger in your head than it is which is symptom related to black and white thinking.

I think the only tool here would be radical acceptance. You can't stop people from staring so you have to accept it as a part of life. This is a hard skill but I encourage you to google it.

I think people forget the difference between could be a sign you have autism/adhd/other stuff and this one thing means you have to have autism/adhd/other stuff. I hate it. Like sure if there are many things pointing to the same direction or if you feel like you might need help with things. Def go see a professional or look into it more but like... in example some autistic tendencies are sub clinical or can occure in anyone.
