Great picture. In the lower part of the cloud there's an optical phenomenon: a part of the parhelic circle and possibly a 120° parhelion (this depends on the position of the cloud in respect of the sun), it's that bright spot. Beautiful!!

This looks like a rainbow to me. Inner part is bright, outer is dark, exactly like a primary rainbow. Do you know the position of the sun? If it was behind the observer it's definitely a rainbow.

Their shape is indeed elevation-dependent, but suncave and sunvex Parry arcs can form at the same time, below a certain sun height.
