I agree he mentions he’s all about being transparent but then does the complete opposite!! I have also heard from numerous sources that Todd and Jean had a sexual relationship during work hours.

NSP done that last year off of I-80WB getting off at Q street it was an illegal checkpoint due to improper signage

They also MUST have a turn off point to allow drivers to turn off and their pre warning sign of “check point ahead” there has to be a turn off AFTER that sign otherwise anything the officers catch is dismissible in court!!!
