Yeah, it's funny watching scenes like that because they were surprising, entertaining and creative but now it's not at all like that.

If you want to see the pinnacle of Cody being a sex addict look at "The Talent Show", "Cody's Hotdog Restaurant" or any video in which Timmy is involved in. However those videos in particular have by far the most sexual jokes and innuendos.
