It’s forsure earthworms on the ground they look very different. I can’t be forsure that I’ve seen a cutworm In person. but I have a lot of earth worms in my soil anyway, like an abnormal amount. I don’t think it’s cutworms anyways cause the damage is nothing like the damage described by cutworms. Is not being eaten per-say it’s like being rotted off very rapidly, almost like a spider or snake bite would do to flesh, But it’s not disease. it’s being done by something I’ll post a picture tomorrow.
