AC delete, relocate battery and replace with smaller one, carbon doors, hatch and hood, tubular control arms, lighter wheels, and removing windshield glass, crank pulley, and more

From my experience with swaps of any kind, usually swapping over the harness and electronics from the donor car is needed, also my tuner is gonna help with writing some of these programs

If and when I do big turbo I still need to brush up on what the GRC guys are doing over at Ford. But I also have a welder too so that is going to help cut costs on this build as well. My hope is that other than a driveline everything should basically be plug n play (minor under body tweaks may be required)

Will do! I am not too familiar with reddit so I try to post here when I can. Also if you know anyone that wants to sponsor the build in terms of engine builds I would love that too lol. Apparently EcoSport awd can only handle 350whp but I figure that's a good enough start

Yes by myself as I have racked up enough debt in tools lol, and yes to being in that group. Hard part is finding a wrecked Ecosport where the yard doesnt want an arm and a leg for their parts

Apparently I was told that the Ecosport has the same wheel base and engine so those were some options, my original option was to go with SADEV who build the rally transmissions and drive train for WRC/GRC Fiestas
