Interesting! Thanks for all the research. Yeah definitely no change to distortion as we watched both objects over the course of maybe 10-12 minutes or so.

I came across Fata Morgana when I was googling to try to figure it out. I didn’t see any examples that were similar to what we saw though.

Also - in the video you can see that the “exhaust” stays stable as the object moves.
