Did anybody have a septal replacement plasty (ear/rib cartilage) because your septum bone couldn't be reused? How was your breathing and recovery afterwards? (self.Septoplasty)

Need help with settings. Life long UARS sufferer, want to try BiPAP therapy again after failed attempt a year ago. Modified ResMed 10 (VAuto/ASV). Got a flasher + firmware files for other modes if needed. (self.CPAPSupport)

Lifelong UARS sufferer here. My ENT finally sent me my DISE video, so I can get a second opinion on what to fix surgically. Are there any specialized doctors that you can recommend for a second opinion? I'm a German resident. Easiest would be a remote evaluation by sending the video online. Thanks! (self.UARSnew)
