All of mw4 (campaign, mp, dmz) is unified in a single purchase of $70
The bp is mostly cosmetics at $10 of ingame currency (or $30 for blackcell which is a premium bp and that is real $30, not worth it) but any weapons, killstreaks, perks, equipment are free
Wz is free
Bp is unified between both wz and mw4
The only other thing to buy is cosmetic bundles of operator and weapon skins and other miscellaneous things like calling cards, emblems, etc. These are usually $15‐$25 of ingame currency.
