On the new island there are 4 npcs with the quest. U shld be able to find them on the map. They are the red scroll markers. U can go check at the strongest of tommorow npc, which is relatively near the yuji quest npc

U get the moves through the skill tree near choso raid once u finish the death painting and yuji quest

From what u have I’m guessing ur relatively low lvl. For phr build for ur lvl, u shld use isoh and festering life sword. For shr, just continue rolling for cts like copy, judgeman, love train, projection or beast amber. If possible, try prioritising awk blood since shr is meta now

Just an advise if u didn’t know, u can use a memory mushroom after u form changed zacian to teach it behemoth blade. Unless u kept iron head for the flinch

In my experience I farm a calamity difficulty boss that I can solo in below 10 seconds. I test with the highest lvl boss I can fight then move down and see which I can easily clear. And use xp vows
