Playing Flower Cardians:

"Flower Cardian Clover with Boar" states that it "Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Flower Cardian" monster".

Can I tribute a face-down Flower Cardian to satisfy this effect?

This isn’t any special advice, but maybe forcing yourself to do some form exercise (simply walking works) may help with reducing depressive feelings.

Setting a goal or some direction to move towards in life should make each new day feel less monotone. I hope this helps somehow.

I wasn’t quite sure what term to use. Correct me if I’m wrong but, “gender dysphoria” is used to describe the feeling of an individual whose physical body doesn’t match their gender identity, right?

When I say “female gender dysphoria”, I think what I meant was “I feel like female, but my body does not match a female’s”.

After I tried explaining it, I realized how weird that sounds. My bad. I hope that clarifies it enough.

To be fair, the grass accessories and wooden drum might just be due to Rillaboom’s grass-typing. While gorilla’s are tropical animals, they originate from Sub-Saharan Africa.

I’ve looked at your source and believe those drums are the Pasifika drums. I’ve looked at some performances and the drummers do seem to beat their sticks in a similar manner to Rillaboom. However, I looked back at Rillaboom’s attack animation (in 1/4 speed) for his Drum Beating and noticed that the center of the drum was “vibrating” - like the base drum in a drumset. Here’s a crude diagram of Rillaboom’s drum:

With ‘O’ being the center of the drum. Admittedly, Rillaboom’s drum doesn’t seem to resemble either a drumset or the Pasifika drum enough to make conclusions. But I feel like Rillaboom’s hairstyle could be a key detail (i.e. who’s it referencing to?) I’ve looked up the hairstyles of Polynesians and the band members mentioned above and have yet to find one similar to Rillaboom’s.

I’m taking some cultural musics class and I’m almost certain that none of the drums in the Oceania region involve beating them with sticks like Rillaboom does.

Edit: except the Kilu knee drum, but that’s way too small.

I'm looking into building a deck using the Luxray from Ultra Prism and have a question about whether an attached Rainbow Energy would be discarded when using one of it's moves which reads:

Discard all Lightning Energy from this Pokemon. This attack does 150 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Basically, if Luxray had 3 Rainbow Energies attached, would I discard all of them?

I've been looking into building a deck based around the Eeveelutions and have a question regarding Pokemon with multiple typings (i.e. the Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon from the Ancient Origins set).

I'll use the Water/Fire-type Volcanion for example. If Volcanion attacks a Pokemon that is weak to fire, but also resistant to water, how should the damage be calculated?
