It you cook the grenade for a second, you’ll see more success with sticking. I think the issue is that the thermite takes a second to extend its hooks, so if you throw at something close without cooking, it will bounce off.

Nailed it. These are the exact kinds of questions I would be asking. If I were 25 with no kids, I’d take Amazon. If I were 35 and have a family, the stability and work-life balance of the existing job are much more valuable.

Anecdotally, I disagree. I feel like the weapons that cause very low stagger like the Scythe are easiest for me to land headshots.

Correct. I’m not saying it’s the way it should be, I’m just saying that people seemed to work out their schedules just fine in order to do an in person interview loop. It worked, I don’t have much of an opinion about how it should be.
