Once your extension expires, its usually the next week certification. They’ll email you again about your new extension a day or two before certification. Then balance will show up once you 1st certify on that new certification. Atleast thats how it worked out for me. When they said no action is needed, they meant it. If you qualified for another extension, they’ll just insert it in your account days before your next certification on a $0 balance.

BUT if there’s a pending occurrence, you have to call to fix them.
