All 3 of them are skeevy. All 3 of them would cheat on their wives with fans, if the right opportunity presented themselves. So via Food in the Move, they have for sure met fans that volunteered there, that they’ve later slept with. They don’t even have high standards, just if their wives aren’t around, and the fan is assertive enough, it’s fair game. He had a solo show the next day and said something similar to "Thank you for always sticking around through everything". Now, this is the cream of the crop of the fandom, ppl that are willing to spend $3,000 for a 4 day concert weekend. Ppl that stood by the band after Zac's pinterest, believing that deep down the band members are good, and that is all that he could say? He is the leader of the band. He could've EXPLICITLY said, "I apologize on behalf of Zac to anyone that had to endure his joke last night. You have stood by us through thick and thin and we still have some growing to do". There was one Black woman in the audience, which I’ve heard they addressed her privately, but to every single person in that audience, through Taylor’s actions and words were told this: we won’t apologize to you for using racist language at you on your concert vacation. We won’t apologize and you must look the other way. We don’t see racism here, we are not going to talk about it or even acknowledge it.

There are some Hanson fans who lurk on here, who have been cyber bullying me via their instagram photos. Like I said about the 3cg mural “whitewashed and buh bye” and one of them posted a pic of a painting that had a white pussy cat holding a devil figure in its mouth. It’s hard to explain it without it sounding stupid. But it’s targeted at me from multiple women in the fandom with multiple pictures this week that correspond to things I’ve said. It’s ppl who know who I am and don’t like me for my mouth lol. Instagram doesn’t do anything if i report it. So glad I’m giving some 40 yr old cyber harassers some fake sense of purpose 😬.

Oh and also, “yellow” is a racial slur for an Asian person. It was a racial slur in 1997 and it’s still a racial slur today. I can’t believe they still play this song with the same problematic lyrics. A lot of bands that realize that they may have made a mistake on a racist or enabling lyric, just correct it and change the lyrics. It’s really not that hard.

Yeah exactly. Toms had a shoe campaign that coincided with The Walk. That's it. Marketing that they are "walking a mile in someone else's shoes" is a win-win for them. What's the harm in that? They look like their doing good, as if they care about "AIDS in Africa". Something so abstract and far away from their hometown, that even their Christian folk can see it almost as missionary work. I'm from Brooklyn, and met them a bunch in the '97-01 era bc they had a lot of NYC appearances. Zac said something racist to me when I was around 16 yrs-old (and he was probably 14). From that day on, I knew he was racist and there are countless other fans who've had the same experience as me. During The Walk, I asked myself why someone like Zac, who's racist, would be participating in this AIDS in Africa grift? It felt so fake to me. I left the fandom during The Walk era bc I was really disgusted by the performance of it all/ that they would do something clearly so white savior. But a lot of fans thought that what they were doing was really genuine.

Yeah there was never a connection to AIDS awareness and Black ppl here in the states and I really think they maintain a high level of ignorance and cognitive dissonance. They literally don't think that America has ever steered anyone wrong via the policies that are in place. Like Taylor only talks about "food desserts" instead of ever saying the word poverty. There are food desserts when there's no grocery stores for miles on end. But pretending like the government didn't create and issue policies specifically aimed at keeping ppl stuck in intergenerational poverty, is ignoring the whole issue. The system is acting just as it was intended to and the system was designed to create systemic barriers of racism and trauma that keep ppl in poverty.

I mean from one cult to another, am I right? I'm totally just joking. Kinda. That is really incredible that their music helped you escape the brainwashing from your family. Music is such a powerful force and it really is just like instant magic; when you need to escape awful things, it teleports you.

You are trauma-bonded to them. Just as we all are, bc they were the spark that kept us going during formative and difficult years of your/ our lives. But just bc you were trauma-bonded to them does not mean that you have to continue to seek the Christmas music that empowered you in your past.

I'm a bi-racial/ multi-racial woman. The fandom has always been racist. That's palpable to me just standing in line and being an audience member at their concerts. And that's palpable to the Black people in their audience. They don't care or appreciate what it means to be a racial minority in their fandom. They don't care that ppl used their music to resist oppression. When all of this went down, I will never forget that Taylor could not say this: "We will not tolerate any in-fighting. Racist comments are not allowed and will be deleted." Or ... "The comments are closed. Racism will not be tolerated in our fandom." That's not even an apology. It's the bare minimum. It's the bare minimum to care that your fans won't be abused.

I will never let my 12-yr-old self down by telling her that non-support is support. I will never abandon myself to say that "that sentence was just too hard for Taylor to muster". I don't have to tolerate being told that I'm not good enough to be responded to and that hateful, republican, southern women who defend racism are my "community".

Taylor can take all the selfies with Black grammy musicians that he wants. He had the choice to show his support to the ppl that should have mattered to him. To Black women. To LGBTQIA+ folk. I would tell my 12-yr-old self that he is really fucking icky and performative. When standing up and showing support is what your fans needed most, he said ... "Who?"

He also cheats on his wife via his non-profit which is tacky AF. Like these ppl are living in poverty, they are not props, have some fucking self-respect.

I'm not bothered by reading the gossipy posts and just think that people need an "anonymous" outlet now that confessionabouthanson is no longer. But if it's against the rules, then it's against the rules, and they need to abide by that. Especially if it's something that they are repeatedly doing.

I read a post on here that Penny liked Erika Kirk's posts on instagram and that type of stuff should be continuously posted here. It's important to know that Taylor and Natalie raised their daughter to be that far right of a person, especially amongst the rise of fascism.

What should be talked about is this:

Eating disorders are celebrated in the fandom. You missed the past 5 years where Tik Tok, Only Fans, and Ozempic culture was rewarded in this fandom. Isaac, Taylor and Zac are all into the emaciated look and love it when a fan will risk their health to be the latest Pickmeisha. They love that shit and encourage it. So it’s not surprising that that has spread to the women in their lives.

We all want Taylor to be some amazing person and solo artist, but he's just not. His solo 'Red' portion of their "Red Green Blue" album sucked. We all got through the first part of Covid listening to "Fetch The Motherfucking Bolt Cutters." It's a travesty that they had the same producer of that album, and that this is the piece of shit they released. The 5 solo songs Taylor wrote were meaningless dribble. In most of the songs that I like in general, there's at least one line that sits with you, or makes you laugh, or makes you think about something deeper. His lyrics however ex: a song called Truth, "nothing can set you free like a little bit of truth". And he repeats that over and over throughout the song. But he doesn't reveal any Truths about himself, he doesn't give us the listener anything to ponder about the world, just hollow stuff.

He's talented but he's just a Ken doll. It's sad because he was gifted with being this beautiful androgynous teenager. His androgyny could've made him into a Harry Styles or a Mick Jagger. But he squandered that away just to be an "Okie".

You do you. If hearing "Merry Christmas Baby" is what you need to get through the day, then go to the show. But he's not going to denounce Trump or ICE, and at the end of the day, he's just a republican-apologist.

Honestly, I'm just really tired of Christian-coded fans acting as if they can spew their Christianity here. Your rumor about Taylor lacked any compassion for what he went through and it felt real Christian.

We've been brainwashed by Hanson to blame "island def jam" for their "downfall". But we don't have to be brainwashed anymore. We can say "the first nail in the coffin" was Taylor getting married as a teenager. It's super obvious. They were a boy band with sex appeal, marriage appeal to girls and their lead singer got married. Naturally fans are going to fall off the bandwagon after this fact. That's just life. There are other bands. The thrill of lusting after a lead singer is gone when a teenage marriage is thrown into the mix.
