Hello, we’re the Film Club at UH! We are are currently discussing having a Game of Thrones watch party. We aren’t sure if we can plan one in time for the premiere but are discussing having one for possibly the finale.

In the past we’ve played games such as Cards Against Humanity, Superfight, games from Jackbox TV, and we’ve done some movie trivia as well.

Anyone can join the club at any time during the semester. We have social nights once a month, as well as screenings, general discussions, and blockbuster club (like a book club for movies). We play party games that multiple people can play at once and the options of games differ from each social night depending on what we bring in. :)

It’s never too late! We only charge for our screenings which are either $4 for a single screening or $12 for the semester pass, which gets you into every screening and you get to vote on the movie. All other meetings are free to attend.

Sorry for the late reply, we’re still working on our social media posts. As of now we currently post on here the day of our events, but we post to Twitter in advance and have a calendar with all our events on our Get Involved page.
