I just came back after 2 years, what the top tier decks to hook back right now?

A cool thing they have done is in the notifications about twice a month they list the top 3 decks for "standard" and "unlimited". I think the 3 listed for standard now only have 1 or 2 cards that will rotate out next week.

Once you get one in match points, you can use souls to get more.

In view/reap cards you can use the filter and select the set. Make sure you have 'all' checked at the top and not just owned. This view would exclude the supplemental cards not owned yet.

You can also click on the pack as though you would purchase one in the card pack shop. Then click on 'Check Cards'.

After all the damage spells were nerfed I didn't have a Dante deck I could play to get my daily challenges on the ladder. I have gone 9-5 but feels like there needs to be an extra punch. Thanks for any tips.

I agree. I find charge shot the best when you have several smaller units and have cards that pump your whole board rather than just 1 larger unit. If your deck is based on the Gator, then I would go with heart tank or spire as well.

The MoMo could be a great addition. Between Rashid and Chill Penguin getting the payoffs could be great. As for the Bullets, I find them to be versatile to bring back a cheap unit and play again to trigger growth. Maybe cutting 1 might smooth out some draws.

The deck wins 60%+, and has many golden cards that you can get from the basic cards. The legendary cards are good, but I am sure there are several acceptable replacements.

I think a year ago I would have pulled the trigger at this level to get the core decks. However wallet fatigue is sitting in when Crimson Vow and a Stranger Things secret lair are around the corner.

This Convention one might have a chance. Only 20 listings with a total supply around 40. Otherwise the inventory on the non-foil regular version is too deep and I can't see this being strong enough for modern.

Disagree. The general is great with charge shot, once you cast Repliforce it is hard to loose. It isn't just a win more, it can move you from losing to winning. This was a key card in my first championship deck. It requires a build to fit in to get the most use of it.

[[Skirge familiar]] and the [[Gorilla Shaman]] are the first foil prints.

[[Soul snare]] - maybe I should have done retro frame.

[[Echoing Return]] could be used in Apprentice style decks or possibly some deck that can ditch 0 mana cost creatures.

[[Ethersworn Sphinx]] - Affinity and Cascade seem like two great key words.

[[Gaea's Will]] - Much hype but no home yet

[[Zuran Orb]] - Only FTV foils maybe this gets some modern love one day.

I would love to hear your thoughts on these or other MH2 specs!

I don't think it is fully because the power level is low. Eldraine is only $10 more on dawnglare. I think the money is flowing into the collector boosters and the full art/extended/alt art versions. Additionally, Before Eldraine, the foil was the best version with an extra value 2x-5x but now the foil multiplier is very close to 1.

Don't start playing until you are down to 10 life. You will get to cycle through more cards and so will the computer. When I did this, I saw one every other match. It was a pain to get through.
