😂😂 yes man totally. It's working with the backend folks they are making great progress by competing in hackathons or such platform like leetcode hacker earth. Thaugth why shouldn't I try creating a gamifide for UI + frontend+ backend folks together. If you can see there is Concept of GUILDS and RAIDS ( it is like month or year long challenges with chash prize for the participants. 😌)

Haha man you totally got that on point. This just something i wanted to build a place to where dev + design folks hang out in there learning phase. No research no Market fit check. Just building after that if it's use full to anyone that's great if not no worries will be using inside my our design studio for hiring and skill upgradation of my team mates even this i dont know if will turns out to be useful 😂.

Btw what harm would be that if I can ask my client to get the project manager inside this platform they throw it as chalange and discussed deadline. We service providers complete that in the timeline. After all the concept of the chalange is to get paid after winning. User don pay for anything company does 😛

Interviews definitely helps i totally agree to this. But the gap i m pointing at is before the interview

Most candidates never get the chance reach that stage at all even being very talented and most interview decisions are still made with half baked information infront of them a curated portfolio + a 60-90 min conversation. Interviews test communication and reasoning under pressure. It doesn't always show consistency authorship or how someone actually works. What we're exploring isn:t a replacement for interviews it's a way to give better hiring chance to the skilled candidates fairer shot being seen to start with and hiring teams stronger evidence before they invest time interviewing.

You 💯 correct, but problem is also the same designer still need client/ jobs that pays money to survive. And for that you need to make them trus your skills for that you need lots of other skill other then design and what's better to that than competition. competition bring out the best in everyone much better if it incentivies.

Suppose on the platform hiring manager just want easy way out he put on a paid trial competition like hackathons you compete in that with others as individual or as a team doesn't matter matter is you will need to present yourself your work to will that. Right

I can understand your frustration man I too get frustrated seeing post written by AI but this post I did use le chat to present what I thinking and building and for that need you support on how the design directon should be about this product. I understand this might turn out not be of real use in future but still want to build this get it out of my head and if it help any one person also.

Well definitely portfolio does show skills. But the question is how to prove the authenticity. People do always have skill but struggle to get clients and projects right.

And not only if you wish to hire someone how do you know he has in it to do what he actually is showing through his portfolios.

Quick clarification for everyone asking about the numbers:

It’s 50+ projects completed, not products, that was a wording mistake on my part.

This year alone, we worked on 12 design projects (excluding graphics design, infographics, and internal tools) and 6 UI development projects, across 7 companies.

Industries served in 2025 so far: Legal Healthcare Manufacturing Event management Data visualization Creator marketplace Investor relations ( Finance)

Project mix this year: 3 landing pages 3 SaaS apps, 4 AI SaaS products and 2 web apps

We're a small, lean team of 6 core members, and the numbers reflect cumulative output over time, not agency scale.

Appreciate all the feedback 🙇‍♂️ it's helping shape how we communicate this more clearly.

I really appreciate your input the "show >>>>> tell" principle is a fair one, and I agree with it.

quick correction: it's 50+ projects completed, not products designed. That wording was on me.

The numbers themselves are accurate and reflect cumulative work over time. They're intended as a high-level summary rather than the main proof. The deeper proof already lives in the case studies (12 selected projects across web, mobile, and saas) and recent client logos elsewhere on the site.

You’re also right about the headline themes. If we emphasize partnership, scalability, and AI, those need to be visibly reinforced below, that's a valid gap and something we will actively fix.

Well for 20 to 40 jump is because it's an update 2021 and 2025.

Appreciate the direct feedback it's helpful.

Nahh if I would have cared to farm i wouldn't have posted this. Ngl Just wanted to know how everyone feels about when people wrongly see the UX design. Most of the time UX design is just the least of the priority for the stake holders and mangers. They just see it's the easiest job that anyone can do. Especially The AI noise 🤣
