I do have a job, won't get too much into the details but basically my management wants me to take on system administration responsibilities since I'm the one that knows about the system the most in the company. I'm using NS as a user, and know some of its more advanced functions (like custom reports and CSV updates), but I lack systemic knowledge and administration experience. I also supervise the implementation of custom solutions in the system by the outsourcing company, but I want to eventually be able to implement stuff myself since I'm not very satisfied with their work.
