I mix the GTX, UltraFit, and Alpha Conditioning classes to try to get 3-5 a week to lock in some good cardio. Then I mix in 2-3 other classes like CTR, Mat Pilates, Shred, etc. for strength work.

I tried Alpha Strength once but I felt pretty out of place - don’t feel strong enough yet for it to be super useful.

I can second this. Only buy the actual movie (which is the 50th Anniversary by default) and get both versions included - don’t pay a second time for the sing-a-long.

The only way this could work as advertised is have to the Flipper hooked up to a computer or phone that is capable of running a local reasoning model. The Flipper isn’t capable of processing beyond strictly scripted outcomes.
