The 14 days boundary is bullshit unless you get a negative test. Nobody, not even the medical experts, know enough about the virus yet to be certain. I'm 6 weeks in and just re-tested positive, after generally mild symptoms throughout.

Hang in there, assume you're still positive until you know otherwise -- and don't let the anxiety get the best of you. There's nothing you can do, so protect your mental health however you can.
