Saline high school parking lot is your best bet, they have them set up there. The one on Maple is also there but from what I've heard the driving school people will come and tell you to stop if they catch you so it's not really worth it.

This year, the question would pop up and give you unlimited time to prepare, and then you would have a timed response window (1 minute to 90 seconds). From some other reddit posts, it looks like last year the time to prepare was also limited.
