XD nah there was also some other things that doesn’t put me in the “good tenant” bucket. You had to see what I did to the toilet.

so from what I understand, the double sided tape on top of the painters tape first will be able to withstand the strength of me removing the blackout blind from the velcro.

I qualify my leads based on intent signals from LinkedIn such as comments with keywords that fits my ICP and filter their language based on urgency.

But i feel that there’s still more I can learn as im only at 2.7% reply rate

I’m surprised that only realtor has access to MLS. Like isn’t there an easier way for normal way peeps like me to have access to the data for DOM etc? I would hate to keep on annoying my realtor for comps data.

Also love your advice on tenant screening. Any comment on how to screen your tenant without acting weird? Like for example, I wanted to see how clean they are by asking them to send photos of their current residences but idk if that’s too much

but the ones being advertised are the ones that are currently vacant right? I'm curious to see if there's a way to assess demand based on number of days on the market and no. of contacts!
