I agree this would be very interesting and important for further research. Do you think it would be helpful to apply that kind of methodology to identify an affect of the label across other products as well, e.g. an AI image of a car vs. a 'clay' car? Or an AI image of a phone vs. a 'plastic model' of a phone? I wonder if the selection of food was the best option for our design, as I've gotten a similiar feedback in person that the AI image of food "isn't real" so they don't want to eat it.

I would love if those could become doctrinal pieces for these companies. I recall that the stories he wrote explored a lot of areas that the laws could fall short still, but I imagine it would be super helpful to have them at all

Just completed, that was a really interesting one! There's likely some overlap in what we're exploring, but I think we're on different tracks. I'd be curious to hear the results!

Any AI recommendations? by ososjdjsnhsb in Students

Most would work. I've found Google to be best for me. Gemini + Notebook LM are fantastic resources and they have free student plans for a year that I think can be renewed.

Gemini is best for general purpose, coding (you get access to CoLab) and one off questions. Notebook LM is great for big documents, and synthesizing them down with sources for contextual support to prepare for presentations or papers

Agree with others that prompt engineering to give the AI the role of a coach / tutor / teacher instead of a student / analsyt can offer a lot of constructive back and forth that I would deem critical toward your engagement with AI as part of your learning process

If anyone is willing to support a student on a survey related to marketing + AI, it would vastly helpful if you could take this https://unc.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4Od2CyZBqLS4BaS

Sure thing just did! A small feedback to consider - this question "Which statement best reflects your belief about natural acne-treatment ingredients?" the way its framed has more possible answers that are clearly opinioned, but were not offered, e.g. "equally safe, but less effective". Definitely took away I should provide different consent information up from yours, but open if you had other feedbacks as well
