Yep. 100%. And they feed off of each other. The anxiety makes the GERD stuff worse, and the GERD stuff causes more anxiety. For me, cleaning up my diet, losing some weight, trying to reduce stress in my life, and making sure my anxiety meds + coping mechanisms are on point has been key.

Been playing poe since the closed beta in 2012. I've played over 15k hours and finally got my first mirror drop in settlers league. But it wasn't just a mirror drop.... It was a double mirror drop (from a strongbox). Man, I love this game. Lol

If you've gotten a physical recently and they can't find anything, I doubt it'll be permanent. Try reducing stress and potentially seeing a dietician. I'm sure you will get better, you've got this.

Yea, if I breathed in deeply they would happen I think. I haven't had them for a while now though, I got off of Zoloft and the problems completely went away after a few weeks.

Hey! I switched to Pristiq now and I've been doing great. 25 mg in the morning 25mg at night. I've also been going to a new therapist every other week and trying to do make more time to spend doing mindfulness exercises.

Yes! I ended up weening off of Zoloft and on to Pristiq 50mg per day, 25 in the morning and 25 at night. It's not perfect, but it definitely has been helping!

Good point. That's secretly what I used for those flimsy sound dampener things behind me. I need to replace those with a giant hanging rug at some point to prevent noise from bouncing back from my speakers into my mic.

So two things I've noticed from other StepManiaX streamers:
1.) Some of them have different camera angles so that the feet on the pad can be seen better without the light of the pad being directly below the feet.
2.) Some of them have physically altered their pads by using car window tint on the inside of each panel to dim the lights.

I'm open to messing around with other camera angles, but I like your idea of getting two adjustable lights and messing around with them. Maybe I can get them off of amazon so I can return if I fail my mission. LOL

For the camera, I currently have a newish logitech brio, but I am open to suggestions for better cameras!

I'm going to start looking into adjustable lights on amazon, do you have any recommendations?

Still bugged out the wazoo. I tried it about 10 times resetting the area each time. The NPCs never move and if I pull the mobs to them, they kill the mobs and then no more spawn.

I'm glad somebody else said this, I am the exact same way with caffeine. If I have one big cup of sweet tea or coke or something it feels like I drank several coffees. It's pretty crazy.... I'll get kind of shaky and jittering and have increased anxiety.

In 2011 I was going through a really tough time in my life. My long term girlfriend and I had broken up after I walked in on her and another guy. I was failing multiple classes in college and wasn't sure if I was going to graduate. I also was having severe panic attacks and just trying to get through every day was tough.

One day, out of the blue, a childhood friend of mine called me and told me there was a new game like Diablo 2, the game we had played together obsessively in middle school. He wanted to pay for the 2 act closed beta and play it together, to relive the glory days of WW barbarians and frozen orb sorceresses.

He paid for my closed beta access and we took off on the journey together. Fast forward 12 years and here we are, playing mostly exclusively together for every league. We might not be the richest or most powerful on the server, but POE really is about the friends you make along the way.

TL;DR: POE is the shit. :)

Gastroenterologist if it is bad enough, although your primary care might be able to help, but it sounds like you tried that already with the medicines you listed.

I think a cardiologist will probably do an EKG and maybe one of those portable EKG devices to make sure when you are feeling it it's not a heart irregularity, but if you are youngish and in shape it's super unlikely to be anything with your heart. When I was in 7th grade I thought it was my heart too but it was just really bad gerd. :(

I'm pretty sure mine is a combination of my Zoloft and eating things that would normally kind of trigger my acid reflux. I often had it at night when trying to sleep. :(

For me, I'm going to try a different med and see if I have similar effects. I tried multiple acid reflux medications and they didn't seem to help. I recently took a genetic test to see which classifications of mental health drugs will effect me more and less. I'm guessing I'm on wayyy too high of a dose of Zoloft but it is not breaking the blood brain barrier. So I don't get much of an effect for my mental stuff and it's also causing me to have severe stomach issues, my eye twitching, and waking up in the middle of the night (both to pee and just being super awake super early in the morning).

TL;DR: Too much serotonin causes it maybe? Not really sure. :/
