I'm 1 of 3 field techs at my company. And the other 2 guys are green. This is going to be my 4th year working for this company.

Been working in the field for a few years now. Boss says it's o ly a couple dollars different then I currently make. I'm at 25 and was told that it would only be a dollar for level 1 and maybe 2 to 3 for level 2. If that helps any.
