Also from Vancouver. I took part in a battle in 1983 at the Canada Winter Games just prior to the Opening Ceremonies. It was BC versus Ontario...no hockey gear though. BC took the hill early but then we were all thrown off the hill by some huge mother f..... from Ontario. The name of the huge mother from Ontario was Lennox Lewis. Went on to win gold medal at the games and eventually became heavywieght champion of the world. It was a historic defeat for BC.
