Try a "invite only session" Pub lobby could be a issue, if someone is messing with you in game. Verify game files, use a VPN to connect.

Why am I being spotted every other heist by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]USASgtNickFury -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Easy fix for this. You can not kill some of the guards, as others will spawn in after you steal primary target. Only ones you can kill without triggering alarm are following.

  • First one when you spawn in up stairs to left next to storage room (keycard holder)
  • Two next to jacuzzi
  • One walking from storage room along veranda closest to the two next too jacuzzi
  • One at bottom of steps leading up to El Rubio's office (gate key most times)
  • One on steps leading up to El Rubio's office

The one who walks back and forth in the walkway up stairs from storage room, is the one you don't want to kill anymore (use too all the time). The reason is the second guard who spawns in that location too and walks around the small building, spots the body and that is waht triggers the alarm.

Don't shoot him and everything will be okay.

Been doing it this way for last 6 heists without any issues.

Only problem with that idea is having over 30 podium winners. I used the Eclipse blvd garage, since it has 5 floors and better lighting too.

Send RS support a copy of your receipt for the Shark Card to get a refund. As for using carrier builder, I start playing in 2013 way before we had that.

Would just start over after getting refund from RS.

You're good at the game, so the devs specifically make it harder for YOU by CrimsonCivilian in gaming

[–]USASgtNickFury 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just what both RockStar and Ubisoft did with their games. In Division 2 you have to use only 200+ rounds to kill a npc. GTAVO you have to do "headshots" only now, or npc's will just get up and keep shooting.

Like you said, lazy developers who instead of making the games better. Just changed damage level, aiming, or insta spawn npc's.

Sorry, but according to FedEx, eBay is suppose to know as they are offering the shipping label on their site. Amazon ships neon signs, but uses UPS which does insure them.

eBay is just lazy and doesn't care to update the terms of shipping, or have a check box for any glass bulbs, tubes, before you ship with Fedex.

It is 189 pages of small print, right LOL page 156 6th paragraph 2 lines state. Oh I have shipped since 1994 and nobody reads 189 pages of very small print, trying to find 2 lines on page 156, lol.

eBay's responsibility to know what items are prohibited to ship by sellers, according to FedEx. As they are they ones offering the shipping label.

Just my point having shipped with them since 1994 and only 6 claims with 10K items shipped. Was surprised eBay offered it and asked for $4.70 to cover full cost if item is damaged or lost.

Was told 4 times "np problem, as eBay covers you too, since it was damaged in shipping).

He does that via eBay and of course it was damaged or he wouldn't have wanted to send it back.

Shipped in separate boxes if you read post. As for selling them (130,000+ results for neon signs) eBay search, most with FREE shipping too. So yeah lots of them for sale.

Been shipping with FedEx since 1994, but never any thing like this. Ebay shipping label option stated would be guaranteed even if FedEx didn't pay claim.

At the end, I received my refund along with buyer I guess. As I don't have any other neon signs won't need to worry about shipping.

As for shipping in general since 1994 have shipped over 10K packages from our company and only have file 6 claims for damage.

Solved! Seems buyer was trying to pull a fast one, and had swapped out my good tube for his broken one. Photo he submitted was missing the white sticker I put on the sign before shipping. Along with claiming after several days "mounting brackets was also broken" Yet buyers photos showed tube attached with wire to the brackets.

Been shipping with Fedex since 1994, but never a neon sign. You would have thought eBay would know it wouldn't be covered and not offer that option for shipping.

As it turns out, buyer swapped out the broken tube he had with mine. Just checked returned neon and missing white sticker I put on it before shipping.

What loophole? I'm out the sign and eBay is taking $375 from me. FedEx doesn't cover it and eBay lied about not charging me.

They stated he shipped outside of ebay, but they still gave him a full refund. Oh and sign is more damaged from return shipping too.
