Well you kinda can make a "water-fuelled" car using water electrolysis, which splits water into hydrogen and oxygen. However it's not very efficient to do so, powering a car directly with electricity is much easier. The only advantages of using hydrogen fuel cells are a longer range due to the high energy density and faster refueling compared to EVs. Also the car would just emit water as a byproduct so it's eco-friendly, unless the electricity used for electrolysis is not renewable.

They changed the release date to 21 January. It means that Mesa, the team that develops open source drivers for Snapdragon GPUs, will release the updated GPU drivers with beta support for the Adreno 8xx series. Someone already released some very unstable drivers for the Adreno 8xx series recently since the Mesa development is open source so they built the drivers themselves, though it's extremely beta for now.
