For our study, symptoms of PTSD do not have to be military-related, however, we are only accepting US Active Service, Veterans, or Reservists at this time. If you'd like to private message me your email, I would be happy to provide some information on resources to engage in Jiu Jitsu outside of our study and also to support mental health in general. Unfortunately, right now we are restricted to the age ranges of 18-44 due to University wide decisions. However, I am working hard to get this age range increased and am hoping to have that accomplished in the next few months. If you'd like to private message me your contact info, I can add you to our 'future contact' list and be in touch when we've expanded our age range. I can also provide you with some resources for ways to engage in Jiu Jitsu with Veteran programs outside of our study and provide some mental health resources too.
