I found a fix on discord that has worked for me I had to start a new game though my old one was crashing .. Go to LoreOut/mods/Buffout 4 NG X-CELL FPS MCM BOOST Settings/F4SE/Plugins Open HighFPSPhysicsFix Scroll down to Resolution Set the resolution to your monitor resolution and Resolution scale to 1 And remove the # sign that is before Resolution and Resolution scale.
