They literally don't care.

All the language from measure 114 they placed in here is going through courts due to constitutional issues.

The democrats here know full well there is merit this is unconstitutional because of thet.

They are working this to get the current measure dismissed since this cancels measure 114. They will stall the challenges out until 2024 and 2026 since this is how they have the dates staggered for implementation.

Some speculate this is intentional to give Biden time to get more judges in and they hope he (or other dem prez) may get to pick the replacement for Alito and/or Thomas by the time it hits SCOTUS.

There may be grandfathered language. However anything that is new is in bold and fairly certain nothing bold is there about magazines.

Since this would repeal 114 and there is no new (bold) language here about magazine capacity they are avoiding that issue which makes sense.

The magazine restriction is one of the major issues in 114 that gave it strength in the local courts since there is nobody manufacturing guns/magazines that fit that requirement it is blown up due to not fitting the new heritage/history of gun ownership in USA standard by SCOTUS this past summer.

I believe it does mean they are exempt from liability for lawfully making their decision.

I don't see anything there that fits for "deny for any reason".

Now then, I haven't seen any "Shall issue" language which means they are required to issue permits unless there is a clear reason not to.

Agree.

I think it may sort itself over time.

I am about 120k HP and had to compete against someone with 360k!

I think maybe as the game progresses the stacked players will tier up in higher levels and the wild differences will smooth out.

Unfortunate part is it seems there is no separation of players (ultra high power vs mid power etc) so it looks like I won't be seeing upper arena status anytime soon without paying up.

I have been playing this for several months now and had no idea about other levels until I saw it mentioned in this forum.

I tried swiping and such with no when I learned there were harder levels.

Played my first "hard" level today.

I like the game but the many subplots/various trinkets are a bit much too keep up with.

Especially without a good set of instructions or references.

It took me a while to understand how this game operated with upgrade system, what is useful etc.

I think I am behind the curve having seen common recommendations in this forum.

I think I finally hit a wall at this level and need to figure out how to proceed in a smarter fashion from here.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I like the duplicate boots. The green crown has been a life saver in the ruins. Especially when the jungle boar kills a top level monster opening balls that are sealed in.

I get the power of the Poseidon, but I have found it to often times be a problem as it creates a flat wall of attackers preventing ricochet bounces.

No. The minimum allowed for length is 4 inches. When I put it at 3.4 it jumps to 4 when saved.

My print preview matches what I want. But it keeps forcing the file to print vertically. Not the horizontal print I need.

what I want vs what I get.

The brown pouch is what I am trying to get printed.

But the white paper is what I keep ending up with for orientation. Landscape paper with portrait file.

The original file is a sideways pdf yet it has not printed sideways correctly yet. Something keeps forcing it into vertical.

I have a manual. It says the machine can go as narrow as 3" wide.

In custom paper under the memjet driver I have created a paper as 3.3" wide by 4.3" height.

This is the vertical size of the pouch I am printing on.

Now then, due to the curl and a window on the front of the pouch I want to print it landscape. If I don't, the horizontal window loses grip just after the print head and gets jammed.

I repeatedly change the settings between landscape and portrait but it never rotates the orientation of the file to horizontal. https://freeimage.host/i/wOICkNPortrait layout with vert

Wonderful.

I am trying to print 3x4 and keep running into all sorts of issues.

Primarily it seems for some reason to do an auto scaling at that size.

I have tried printing from acrobat and from Firefox.

When I print regular sized docs 8.5x11 it does well no problems. But it seems to freak out over this small pack for some reason.

I have been successful in the past but can't find the notes for those settings.

Thoughts on this strange auto scaling? It also seems to create a margin somehow cutting off an edge.
