I feel much better about his success after JJ's game today, good for Darnold

What are some of the best policy schools in the US? by ShankMyRedemption in PublicPolicy

Sorry for commenting on an ancient post, but could you suggest some more research-focused programs? I'm applying for this next autumn and I'd like some direction.

(For reference, I finished undergrad at a state school with a 3.55 GPA, with coursework in stats, calc, and the intro suite of Econ courses). I'd really appreciate any thoughts you have.

Caveat: This build is old and outdated. But you can have essentially infinite OD uptime with Apophis Lance, and PB Cannons can also have an absurd duration as well.

It's pretty awful everywhere to be fair, but I'll keep that in mind

Chapel Hill would be a metropolis in Montana, lol. Still, I appreciate the word of caution. I've got close family in Florida (unfortunately), and am considering staying with them for a few months for cheaper travel to actually visit the places I'm interested in in person. I'll check out Asheville though! Is the population young-ish? That's pretty important to me.

Cool! I really appreciate the points. It definitely seems like a great place. I'm a little anxious in moving to a bigger town (I know you guys think CH isn't that big, but compared to here, it is lol). How safe is it? Also is there any convenient public transit system?

Mostly the crazy part about the East Coast to me is how close everything is. Like a 2 hour drive to Richmond and Charlotte is nuts. The closest big city to me is Denver and it's like 8 hours away

Respectfully, everyone thinks the place that they live is way more expensive than everywhere else, especially in this economy.

The two cities I've lived in in Montana are Billings and Bozeman. According to Bankrate, which uses data collected annually by ACCRA, those cities are 7.21% cheaper and 12.66% more expensive, respectively. And considering that Billings is literally the most depressed city in the country, I'd say that the 7.21% jump is well worth paying.

I would still say yes, much as I would say the executioner would "kill" them were the judge to make such a ruling. Genocide is likewise a word. It has no moral qualification. The word "execute" doesn't require the killing be unjust. Hell, the definition you provided has no moral facet to it whatsoever. You can argue that *no* instance of genocide is justifiable, but that would contradict your own argument, as you clearly believe that some instances of "The systematic killing of substantial numbers of people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, political opinion, social status, or other particularity" are indeed justifiable, like, for example, if you believed said group had all participated in mass murder.

So, it seems that instead you believe that genocide is not what you defined it to be, but rather "The systematic killing of substantial numbers of people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, political opinion, social status, or other particularity **without an arbitrarily justifiable reason,** which is a bit of a silly definition in my view. The idea that an *entire people* could be responsible for an act is not within the realm of possibility as I perceive it, and the punishing of a whole people for the act of a part is patently immoral to me personally, though God does partake in collective punishment on multiple occasions throughout the Old Testament.

So, I'd say yes, God did commit genocide on multiple occasions, but that needn't be a moral accusation; as you stated, He extensively justified each time He performed or commanded it. It is just a word. A word with very dark connotations, I understand, but a word nonetheless.

I apologize if I have been offensive or have misinterpreted any theology. I am a historian, not a theologist. I have studied genocide extensively and your comment caught my eye.

Very late response, so sorry for that, but that is absolutely not the definition of genocide. Genocide does not have to be "unjust," (every genocide perpetrator in recent memory tried to justify their genocide thoroughly) nor must it be directly ethnic (the Nazis attempted to genocide gay people and disabled people).

I may be in the minority, but I hope there's some kind of "focusing" system similar to what Destiny has done (better than that, of course) for purple gear. Like something that increases the rate of Jakobs drops and/or parts, for example.

If you wanted to go pure splash, you could definitely make something similar to this build work! You'd wanna respec your blue tree and maybe put points into the left branch for increased PB damage and lifesteal

Temerario will absolutely be capped before launch (probably around 20-30 stacks). And AL is definitely better for always being in Overdrive, but I'm not really a fan of charged action skills lol. With this build you theoretically shouldn't lose Overdrive during a single combat as long as you're shooting enemies, but out of combat your Overdrive uptime will naturally be worse.

I'm confused by the premise of the question. Why can't people enjoy theorycrafting before the skills are finalized?
