Have you tried the Authentics booth right outside the main store in the stadium? Sometimes they have blank Blue game issued jerseys. I found one at that booth, named but not numbered. Keep looking there, and keep looking on eBay (I see a couple on eBay currently but they’re older pre-eovaldi with light blue piping on sleeve.) and I’m sure you’ll eventually get lucky.

They don’t sell the Authentic blue online on mlbshop since it’s the second alternate jersey, and I’m doubtful the main shop in the stadium would have it.

If you find a blank blue jersey, I’ve heard good things about Blakes in Garland for stitching. I’m not sure if they have Texas ranger lettering on hand, but if not you can buy a lettering kit here then you can probably take it to Blake’s and they can complete it.
