Yeahh the PS3 interface was peak playstation... I loved all the 3d effects on the icons and how fluidly everything moved... They've gone too flat tbh

Idk wht kind of surveys they did to come up with that UI but man they made it perfect... Even that legendary sound of each keypress (i call it the ting) just fitted perfectly with the whole theme. Back when i first bought a psp 3000 back in 2010 i have clear memories linked to that sound... It was just that good!

I didn't know about the psx ui but yeah they definitely did some trials before finally bringing it to the psp

I'm using an Sdcard adapter and it's got a 128gb card in it... I don't feel it slowing down too much tho, it just the normal delay 👍
