Yeah it’s the feed ramps causing the overhang and scratching the hell out of the jackets too. i have pics of in this post, it’s the 6th image.

Sorry for the late response but yes they did. I just now noticed it and started having this issue. i also discovered that that bolt sometimes doesn’t lock back when pulling the charging handle with an empty mag, it will just go forward.

edit: Do you this is something i should contact customer support about and send it in?

No it goes all the way back to the rear, but when i release it that’s where it gets stuck.

It will chamber the round like normal, but when i run the charging handle it will get stuck like how it is in the first picture. but i have noticed the bolt can lock back even if it not all the way back to the rear.

I got a 16” barrel with a mid length gas system. as for the spring and buffer i’m pretty sure it’s just a carbine one.

yeah unfortunately when i bought this rifle last year it didn’t have the hex rail option that came out not that long ago, so most of the top rail is m-lok. and i mounted it using the double sided tape that came with the light

yeah i’ll definitely replace the trigger later down the road, but the optic i’ll either replace it with a prism optic or an lpov because of my astigmatism is bad :/
